Built in 2007 the "Purple" edit bay is privately run by Franklin Jones III for overflow of projects from the facilities Dubbing stage and is occasionally used by freelance SFX editors for features supervised by Castle Oaks Productions. it is based around a Tannoy 5.1 Surround Sound Monitoring system with a Tascam DSM 7.1 monitor controller with a Pro Tools HD2 system and Control 24. It is most commonly used for Sound Design,Editorial, and Pre-Dubbing for television and feature film projects.
